CNC Control is disassembled. Circuit boards
are removed and cleaned. Control cabinet
and power supply are steam cleaned.
2. Power Supply / CNC Control.
Disassemble sheet metal and remove printed circuit
boards. Steam clean PCBs and electronic box to remove
oil, dirt and grinding dust. Dry for two days then
reassemble.
Inspect all connections, cables, fiber optics,
relays, transformers and switches.
Conduct diagnostic tests on CNC control and power
supply.
